Our coaching staff is evaluating student-athletes throughout California and across the United States who demonstrate talent, discipline, coachability, academic commitment, and a competitive mindset.

Tryouts are scheduled for February and March 2027 — exact dates TBA.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER REGISTRATION?
CTG × PUMA NXTPRO16 | 2027 SEASON
STEP 1 — PLAYER REGISTRATION
Complete the 2027 Player Evaluation Registration Form for 14U, 15U, 16U, or 17U.
STEP 2 — PLAYER EVALUATION & SCOUTING
CTG coaching staff will evaluate prospective student-athletes through game film, player information, academics, and live basketball competition. Staff will attend selected high school games to identify athletes who demonstrate the best overall fit for our program.
STEP 3 — OFFICIAL TRYOUTS
2027 OFFICIAL TRYOUTS — FEBRUARY & MARCH
Exact dates, times, and locations will be announced. Player evaluations and official tryouts are separate stages of the CTG recruiting process.
STEP 4 — ROSTER SELECTION
Players will be evaluated on basketball IQ, skill, effort, discipline, coachability, teamwork, and competitive mindset.
IMPORTANT: Registration does not guarantee roster selection. All roster spots must be earned.
