Called To Greatness Core Values

Discipline
We believe discipline is the foundation of success. Our athletes are taught to stay focused, work hard, and remain committed to improving their skills and character every day.
Leadership
Called To Greatness encourages athletes to develop confidence and leadership qualities that help them become positive role models within their teams, schools, and communities.
Accountability
Student-athletes are expected to take responsibility for their actions both on and off the court. We emphasize academic accountability, personal responsibility, and strong character.
Teamwork
Basketball is a team sport that requires trust, communication, and cooperation. Our athletes learn how to support one another and work together toward shared goals.

CTG Program
Called To Greatness was built out of a real need. WE saw too many talented young athletes especially minority girls being overlooked, underdeveloped, or taken advantage of by programs that focused more on money than impact.
I’ve been through the process myself; I understand the gaps the lack of money, the lack of guidance, the lack of honesty, and the lack of real development. I didn’t want the next generation to go through that alone.
So I created a program that actually puts the athlete first not just their performance, but their future.
Four key pillars that guide the development of our student-athletes and the direction of our program. These pillars help ensure that every athlete who joins Called To Greatness grows not only as a basketball player but also as a leader and positive role model.
Player Development
Our program focuses on developing strong fundamentals, advanced basketball skills, and a high basketball IQ. Through structured training, athletes improve ball handling, shooting, defense, decision making, and overall game performance.
Education & Academic Accountability
Called To Greatness emphasizes the importance of education. Student-athletes are encouraged to maintain strong academic performance while developing discipline, responsibility, and time management skills that prepare them for future success.
Leadership & Character Development
We believe sports provide a powerful platform to develop leadership, confidence, and character. Our athletes learn teamwork, communication, discipline, and how to represent their community with pride.
National Exposure & Competition
Called To Greatness provides athletes the opportunity to compete in nationally recognized tournaments across the United States. Competing against high-level programs allows our athletes to gain valuable experience, exposure, and opportunities for future advancement.
