About Called To Greatness
Called To Greatness (CTG) is a nationally competitive girls basketball development program based in San Joaquin County serving student-athletes throughout the Central Valley.
Our program is dedicated to developing disciplined, confident, and purpose-driven young women through basketball, education, mentorship, and health-focused training. CTG provides a structured environment where athletes can grow on the court, in the classroom, and in life. �
Called To Greatness serves middle school and high school girls ages 13–17 who are committed to improving their basketball skills while developing leadership, character, and academic accountability. Through elite basketball training, strength and conditioning, and mentorship, our athletes gain the tools necessary to succeed both athletically and academically.
Called To Greatness also provides opportunities for athletes to compete in nationally recognized tournaments across the United States, giving players exposure and experience against some of the top competition in the country.

Kimberly Rucker
Kimberly Rucker is the Director and Founder of Called To Greatness Basketball, a nationally competitive girls basketball development program serving student-athletes throughout San Joaquin County and the Central Valley.
With more than 20 years of coaching and player development experience at the middle school, high school, and national AAU levels, Coach Rucker has dedicated her career to helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.
As a former multi-sport athlete, Coach Rucker competed in basketball, softball, and track and field before earning an NCAA Division I scholarship as a dual-sport athlete in basketball and track & field. Her athletic experience and leadership background have shaped her approach to coaching and mentorship.
Coach Rucker is committed to developing disciplined student-athletes who excel not only in basketball but also academically and personally. Through Called To Greatness, she focuses on building a program that emphasizes leadership, teamwork, confidence, and strong character while creating opportunities for young women to compete on a national stage.
Her mission is to empower the next generation of female athletes by providing a structured environment where players can develop their skills, build confidence, and pursue opportunities in athletics, education, and life.
